The public website does not provide accounts or payments. If you submit the contact form, the information you enter is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to CyberAccend so we can respond. If you contact CyberAccend by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to provide for the same purpose.

The website is delivered through Firebase Hosting. Standard infrastructure logs may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and timestamps for security and reliability.

Fonts are currently delivered by Google Fonts, which may receive connection information when your browser requests those files.

Optional first-party analytics remains disabled until you choose to allow it. When allowed, CyberAccend records public-page paths, visit time, source IP address, a protected visitor fingerprint, referrer hostname, browser and device information, language, and timezone. When IPinfo Lite is configured, the source IP is used to add approximate country, continent, and network-provider information. This does not provide a verified city or precise GPS location.

Analytics does not record learner lessons, dashboard activity, admin activity, form contents, passwords, or email addresses. Analytics records are available only to authorised administrators, are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and browser Do Not Track is respected. You can reopen Analytics settings to change your choice. Google Analytics, when configured, uses the same consent choice with advertising storage disabled.

We use enquiry information only to answer questions, discuss training or mentorship, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Optional website-analytics records are retained for 30 days. Service providers, including Web3Forms for contact-form delivery, Firebase and AWS for hosting and storage, IPinfo for country and network enrichment when configured, and Google Analytics when configured, may process limited information on our behalf to operate the website and communications.
